CESI works on program of promotion and advocacy of women's human rights with the goals of achieving gender equality and eliminating discrimination of women.

The program goals

• Promotion and advocacy of women's human rights
• Realization of gender equality
• Encouragement of women to become socially engaged
• Development of women's leadership skills with the aim of undertaking leadership positions
• Providing information to general public about activities of women's initiatives, NGO's and individuals

Media campaigns

CESI is organising and participating in the campaigns for improvement of women's human rights independently or together with other NGO's as member of Women's Network of Croatia and other international networks.

Co-operation with institutions

We participate in the programme of specialist course for police officers who work on juvenile delinquency, as guest lecturers by giving lecture entitled: "Possibilities of co-operation of NGO's and state institutions", in co-operation with Police Academy.
