On 17 September, in Zagreb within the Vox Feminae Festival CESI representative, Lea Jurišić, attended the working meeting entitled "Women and Non-profit Online Media." Together with web portal Libela run by CESI and associates, others portals run and managed by women were presented: www.roda.hr, www.cunterview.net and www.rozekoze.com. Center for Women's Studies also presented their web site and media projects. The meeting also discussed the state of women online media in the world, the benefits of gender sensitive media in relation to the mainstream media who do not pay enough attention to the contents offered to the public. It was stressed that the media projects employing different contents allow women the exchange of ideas and information that are not based on general positions and entrenched ideas about what are the interest of women today.
