On 16th of July at the Youth Info Centre in Rijeka, Nataša Bijelić from CESI held a lecture on "Sexual health and rights of young people: Time for a sexual education public policy in schools or not?"  Lecture and discussion were organized within the second module Study of young people for young people organized by the Croatian Youth Network. The paper introduced the access to sexual and reproductive health based on human rights, which includes promotion of safe sex, empowerment and equality of all young people in all aspects of their sexual life. Special attention was given to the right to sexual education and unsuccessful attempts to introduce sex education/health education in Croatian schools.
