Last Friday, October 23, 2009 after a protest by which young people demanded opening of sexual counselling services in front of the Ministry of Health, organized by Youth Initiative in cooperation with CESI and, a concert at the Flower Square in Zagreb took place.

New Croatian bands gathered under NEW SOUND movement performed at the concert. That evening on Flower Square, these bands provided a rock'n'roll base for sexual health, pleasure and responsibility: NORMA BELL (Zagreb), KARAMBOL (Vinkovci), WHITE LIGHT (Varazdin) and POPPER (Zagreb). CESI's TV spot "Parenting is not a game" that raises the issue of teenage pregnancies was shown as a part of the event and condoms and educational leaflets were distributed among the audience. Responsible for the program and keeping the atmosphere lively at the concert, on this rainy evening, was Frano Ridjan, host of the TV youth debate show Parlaonica. Us the brave, not discouraged by the rain and cold, we took pleasure in the new sound of new bands!
