Professionalism and comprehensiveness is a characteristic of our work. In our work we start from the research and analysis, through design of appropriate educational programs, development of supporting materials and manuals, conducting training and counseling, advocacy and influencing on public policy by sensitization of target groups and the general public to issues of gender/sex. We approach the issue of gender equality at various levels - through work with women, youth, professionals that educate young people and representatives of institutions and decision-makers at local and national level.
